GMAC Mortgage, LLC, based in Ft.Washington, Pennsylvania,
is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of General Motors Acceptance
Corporation, one of the largest non-bank finance companies in
the world. We are one of the largest mortgage bankers in the
United States, achieving top 10 status in servicing and retail
originations. Since 1997, GMAC Mortgage has issued in excess
of $50 billion in traditional first-lien mortgage-backed securities
and asset-backed securities with home equity loans and lines
of credit as collateral.
This site provides the user with settlement date information
on GMAC Mortgage deals, as well as performance updates as to
